Project Description

As an intergral part of the Western Development Team, Rogue Architecture has begun initial Development and Construction Document work on the new Capital Logistics Field Office & Maintenance Facility to be located outside of Odem, Texas in the heart of San Patricio County.  This new facility is approximately 9,220 square feet and includes Office Space, (2) Two-Bay Loading & Equipment Maintenance Garage, and a Truck Wash Bay.  This project is located in the State of Texas Windstorm Inland II Region and will include the required design requirements for hurricanes.
