Project Description

Rogue Architecture has been engaged by The RMH Group to provide the required Architectural and Historical Preservation Design Services as part of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design Services for multiple repair and alteration projects within GSA’s Region 8 (Colorado, Montana, Utah, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wyoming). This has included projects for:

Emergency Back Up Generator for U.S. Custom House – Denver, CO (Historical Preservation)

Warren F. Bennett Federal Building – Salt Lake City, UT (Feasibility Study)

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Building (Data Center) – Boulder, CO

Micro Chiller for GSA Building 95 – Lakewood, CO

Electrical Upgrades to the Cesar Chavez Building - Denver, CO
